TOSL Engineering Limited’s Online Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders will be processed within 72 hours of order confirmation, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after placement but cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Shipping rates delivery estimates

In-store pickup is free, where applicable, shipping rates will be quoted upon order confirmation. Rates offered are provided by third party logistic providers. Shipping rates are calculated on the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Where applicable customers will be informed of shipment confirmation and relating logistic provider tracking number once order is released for shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

TOSL Engineering is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Payment of Custom Duties and other charges due in destination country is payable to the third-party logistic provider before delivery.

Deliveries and Undeliverable

Shipment cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO /FPO Addresses. Shipment is delivered to the Consignee address given at placement of order but not necessarily to the named Consignee personally. If the consignee refuses to pay clearance charges in destination country the third-party logistic provider can exercise actions as they deem fit and TOSL Engineering Ltd. is not responsible for refunding orders not accepted by customer following shipping.

TOSL Engineering Ltd.is not liable for shipping services delays due to location limitations and third-party delivery delays.

Damages & Lost Items

All items are offered on terms – FCA TOSL Engineering Ltd. Marabella – Freight Prepaid. TOSL Engineering Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost after shipping. In the event that your order is received damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim (where applicable). Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, take pictures of package in same condition of receipt, both external and internal, before filing a claim.

Claims

Insurance coverage of Goods in Transit are offered as a supplementary service by the Third-Party Logistic Provider at order placement. Claims are only applicable where Insurance was selected as an option prior to check out.

International Shipping Policy

TOSL Engineering Limited can provide shipments to companies outside of Trinidad and Tobago subject to the acceptance of third-party logistic provider individual shipping terms and conditions.

Exceptions: Countries where restrictions may apply.

Returns Policy

TOSL must agree to all terms and conditions before acceptance of any product returns. In cases where the company agrees to a return, all charges are for the customer’s account and an item cost refund will be provided upon receipt of item in good condition.
