Goods Return Policy

  1. No cash refund on returned goods. (In the case of manufacturer/TOSL’s defect a replacement will be provided)
  2. All returns must be made within five working days from the date of purchase.
  3. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Invoice / Delivery Note.
  4. All documents accompanying returned goods must be stamped by security.
  5. Damaged materials will not be accepted except for manufacturers defect.
  6. Warranty returns will not be accepted if Warranty Period has expired.
  7. Materials returned damaged resulting from use for the wrong application will not be accepted.
  8. Exchange Transaction must be supported by new documents.
  9. Customer must secure TOSL’s acknowledgement for receipt of returned materials for record purposes.
  10. All applicable credits for “Returned Goods” will be valid for ninety days from date of return.
  11. Restocking charge of ten percent will be applicable for all returns resulting from customers no longer requiring materials.
  12. Returns will not be accepted for materials cut/purchased/prepared to meet customer’s requirements.
  13. The Customer shall be liable for all reasonable COLLECTIONS and/or LEGAL CHARGES incurred by the Company in the recovery of say unpaid invoice balance or any sums payable by virtue of a dishonoured cheque.
  14. TOSL Engineering Limited disclaims any liability that the Goods being sold are fit for any Particular Purpose.
